During recent inclement weather, the OFPM team worked diligently to remove snow and ice, helping ensure a safe and accessible campus. We recognize and appreciate their commitment to serving the SMU community.

January 21 Required Atmos Service Interruption
Required Switch to Diesel for Boiler Operation
- Our plant operations team was successful in converting 2 of the boilers to diesel and one boiler continued natural gas consumption due to mechanical system valve failure.
- Diesel on hand – 2 tanks with 14,348 gallons of diesel
- Refilled 24,935 gallons of diesel
- Current inventory 13,808 gallons of diesel
Total gallons consumed: 25,475
