Term payment due date are listed below. All All payments must be made on or before the term due date. Any unpaid balance remaining after the term due date has passed will incur a 1.5% late fee and a financial hold, which will be removed once your account is paid in full. If new charges are added to a term after the due date for that term has passed, payment for those charges must be made within 24 hours to avoid additional fees and a hold on your account.

*Beginning in the Fall 2025 term, the payment due date for each term will be the same for all SMU schools and programs. The only exception is for the Intensive English Program (IEP) which follows a modified schedule as shown above.
