Amy Delaney

Amy Delaney serves as the Executive Assistant to Dean Michael Harris. A proud Dallas native, Amy brings a deeply rooted community perspective to her work, supported by extensive institutional experience as an educator, trainer, department head, and academic advisor. In these diverse roles, she successfully coordinated complex departmental operations, mentored faculty and staff, designed targeted professional development programs, and spearheaded initiatives that enhanced student engagement and academic achievement. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University, seamlessly merging a strong foundation in strategic operations and organizational management with a lifelong passion for mentorship and educational excellence.
