Cancellation Policy

Payment for the program must be received 15 days before the start date of the program. Participants who enroll less than 15 days before the start date of the program will be required to pay the full tuition fee upon registration as a condition of acceptance.

Cancellations:

All notifications of cancellation must be sent by email to SMU Executive Education more than 60 days before the program start date; this allows you to receive a full refund less a $200.00 non-refundable administrative fee that is included in the program price. Cancellations are accepted once you receive confirmation of cancellation from the Executive Education team.

Cancellations received in the 30-60 day window before the program start date are subject to a payment of 50% of the program fee.

Due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation, cancellations less than 30 days before the start date of the program will be assessed the full program fee.
