SMU Cox Executive Education launches the newly re-imagined Leadership Lab.

SMU Cox Executive Education is excited to introduce The  Leadership Lab. Expanding on the powerful work of our Latino Leadership Initiative, the transformed Leadership Lab will broaden the effort’s impact and better serve the executive development needs in today’s global business environment.

The new Leadership Lab builds on SMU Cox’s strong foundation of developing high-potential Latino managers and expands its reach to empower potential leaders from all backgrounds while also maintaining a its deep commitment to conveying the importance of cultural awareness to business growth. 

In an increasingly interconnected world, the ability to lead across cultures isn’t just a soft skill, it’s an essential strategic advantage for every organization and every audience,” said Ana Rodriguez, Executive Director of The Leadership Lab from the SMU Cox School of Business. “This name change reflects our desire to help more companies and employees grow and succeed.”
